I am a teacher of classical guitar and voice. I teach guitar at the Perse Preparatory School. I have recently started a small guitar ensemble for classical guitarists up to the age of 18 and with a minimum standard of Grade One. I am hoping this will grow into a Cambridgeshire Youth Guitar Ensemble.
I have sung with most of the Cambridge choirs, both as a member and as soloist. I have a solo show and CD called "Songs Through the Centuries" (a musical journey through the ages from troubadour times to the present day, with voice, guitar and lute) and am available as a classical guitarist, tenor/baritone soloist and entertainer.
Directions to 18 Dundee Close: From Elizabeth Way or Chesterton Road, turn into
High St Chesterton, first left into Union Lane and first right into Scotland
Rd. Go up Scotland Rd till you see the Jefford Warehouse on the left and a
red pillar box on the right, and park there (if coming by car). Beside the
warehouse is a cutting signposted 'Dundee Close'. Walk (or cycle) down this,
go right at the first opportunity, and up the first set of steps you come to on the
right. Number 18 is at the top on the right.
Coming from Kings Hedges or the A14: from the Golden Hind, you come down Green End Rd, which turns
into Scotland Rd. Jefford Warehouse is then on the RIGHT, opposite the red
pillar box (PAST the shops which also advertise Jefford - he owns half the neighbourhood!).
