Creative Learning At Lunch 3

Info

Join us for a free workshop and concert of the string works of Beethoven and Vaughan Williams and a new work by Ben Comeau, winner of Cambridge University Composers’ Workshop 2014.

We are delighted to be able to offer you a very special free opportunity designed for students at secondary school in Cambridge. Linked to our At Lunch chamber concert series, students can receive a two-hour long workshop that creatively introduces the concert repertoire in your school with a workshop leader and Britten Sinfonia musicians. The week after the workshop, the group will attend the concert for free.

When?
The workshop will be on Tuesday 27th January, in either the morning or afternoon. Workshops will be held in your school.
The At Lunch concert will be on the 10th February, at 1-2pm in West Road Concert Hall, Cambridge.

Who can apply?
Creative Learning At Lunch is available to KS3 and KS4 pupils at two schools in Cambridge, and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. We will welcome 30 students per group. The deadline is 15th December 2014.

Extra Opportunity
Additional discounted tickets to the concert are available for students studying GCSE or A-Level music, not participating in the workshop, upon request.

To book the workshop and free tickets please contact: learning@brittensinfonia.com
